Fall in Park City

Our team headed down to Park City, Utah for a fall training camp at the beginning of October. I made the trek to Park City last year and it was definitely one of my favorite camps ever, so I was happy to return! It’s so beautiful in the fall with all the leaves changing colors, and there are amazing trails and roads for rollerskiing all over the place.

Me, Zina, Rosanna and Scott after a 2.5 hour rollerski up the Mirror Lake Highway from Kamas to the Summit at 10,759ft (about 3300m). We definitely noticed the thin air at that high of an elevation!

We joined forces with the Canadian National Cross Country Ski Team, & Development Team some American National Ski Team athletes, Rocky Mountain Racers club, and even a German skier for a hard interval session in Salt Lake City. See FasterSkier for an article.
